Gentle Dental Presents Oral Health Education on “Better Portland”

How is your oral health connected to your overall health? What are your options during dental visits if you’re afraid of pain? When and why should you consider braces?
If you’ve ever wondered about these questions, tune in to Gentle Dental’s series of Oral Health Education topics on “Better Portland” (FOX 12 Oregon). Beginning Monday, January 17, dentists from various Gentle Dental offices will present information that may help you with your smile day-to-day, as well as prepare you for your next dental visit. The series will run for six weeks, through February 21, airing at 10:15 A.M. each Monday.
The presenting dentists are Ronald Hsu, D.D.S., M.S. (Pediatric Dentist); Harold Gable, D.D.S. (General Dentist); Kara Hobson, D.D.S., M.S. (Orthodontist); and Ed Conzatti, D.D.S. (General Dentist). The Gentle Dental team of doctors are committed to helping people understand how they can help themselves by explaining the various preventive and treatment options available, as well as educating them on the small changes they can make at home that could lead to improvement of their oral health. Dr. Hsu is excited to be a part of this series with “Better Portland” and says, “Achieving and maintaining good oral health is a life-long endeavor, and we want to be part of the team that assists folks along the way."
The topics will include:
• Cosmetic dentistry, implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation
• Oral & systemic health connection
Each segment will be shown again the following Thursday on More Good Day Oregon, and will also be posted on the "Better Portland" webpage.
