Edgar Merzenich, D.M.D.
About Me
Dr. Merzenich decided to become a dentist after positive expereances with his families dentist that he admired. Dr. Merzenich says, “my desire to help people with their dental health challenges, even most difficult cases–and the the joy of patients when I am able to do things beyond what they expect is possible–those beautiful smiles make it all worth it”. He feels honored that he has so many long term faithful patients.
After graduating from University of Oregon, Dr. Merzenich received his Dental Degree from the Oregon Health & Science University University. To keep abreast of cutting edge technology, he’s a member of the American Dental Association and the Oregon Dental Association. He is the recipient of the James Carter Memorial Surgery Award.
In his free time, Dr. Merzenich can be found working on his tree farm and sawmill. He has been named “Tree Farmer of the Year” and “Grand National Champion” by Woodmizer for his for community projects. He also enjoys fishing, hunting and being a Grandpa.
