About Me
“Helping patients to achieve and maintain excellent dental health gives me the most satisfaction as a dentist,” says Dr. Huang. He adds, “I treat my patients as if they are family.” Dr. Huang enjoys seeing the satisfied smiles of patients when a difficult procedure turns out beautifully.
Dr. Huang received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Loma Linda University and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association. Dr. Huang is fluent in Chinese.
A hobby of Dr. Huang’s was what steered him towards dentistry. He has been stone-seal cutting since he was a teenager. To the Chinese, seals are an art of deep cultural roots, combining the essence of both calligraphy and engraving. The quality of stone-seal cutting is greatly determined by the strength and speed of wrist and hand. To Dr. Huang, dentistry is also an art that his skill in stone-seal cutting has contributed to because of the intricacy and attention to detail that both require.
Away from the office, Dr. Huang enjoys table tennis, for which he is a silver medal winner at the Oregon State Games, spending time with his wife and two sons, and of course, stone-seal cutting.
