Kara Hobson, D.D.S., M.S.
About Me
Dr. Kara Hobson strives to provide the finest in orthodontic care within a friendly, caring practice that caters to patients’ needs. “I take great personal satisfaction in seeing the positive impact that my work has on the lives of patients,” said Dr. Hobson. “Providing care that improves not only dental appearance, but also self-image and confidence, is incredibly rewarding.”
Dr. Hobson received her B.S. in Biology and graduated Cum Laude from Santa Clara University, before entering the University of Washington School of Dentistry. After practicing general dentistry for two years, she pursued a Masters of Science in Orthodontics at Oregon Health and Science University, graduating in 2006. A Portland area native with strong family ties throughout the Vancouver area, she feels fortunate to give back to her community by creating beautiful smiles that last forever.
Dr. Hobson is Board certified through the American Board of Orthodontists, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. She enjoys traveling and the outdoors. Her out-of-office time is generally spent skiing, biking, running, golfing, or running, with the New York City Marathon on her list of accomplishments.
