Gilbert Ing, D.D.S.
About Me
When he was nine years old, Dr. Gilbert Ing learned about the importance of oral health, and how it affects the body as a whole, from his family dentist. This lesson inspired him to pursue dentistry as a career, and he now finds this educational interaction with his own patients one of the most enjoyable aspects of his role.
Dr. Ing practices General Dentistry with a high emphasis on communication. He likes to treat people how they like to be treated; this involves open communication so that Dr. Ing better understands his patients’ individual needs, and he finds that he is able to provide better service and treatment.
After completing his undergraduate studies at Northeastern Illinois University, Dr. Ing received his D.D.S. degree from the Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic. He is still fluent in Spanish, as well as proficient in Cantonese.
Outside of the office, Dr. Ing has many hobbies, including camping, gardening, martial arts, photography, and paintball. He also likes to go to plays, continue his studies in Cosmetic Dentistry, and travel with his wife.
