About Me
As a Visual Arts major at Brigham Young University, Dr. Thomas was visiting the jungles of Ecuador for creative inspiration, when he encountered a local woman experiencing a painful tooth abscess. He immediately wanted to help her, and soon realized that dentistry would fulfill his desire to contribute to his community in a meaningful way. Dr. Thomas received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Maryland, and completed his general practice residency in Central California. His prior training as an artist enhances his dentistry as he works with his hands and pays close attention to details to create beautiful smiles. He enjoys building relationships with his patients, and his calm and friendly personality puts many patients at ease. He finds it rewarding to improve the oral health of his patients. Dr. Thomas continues to embrace his artistic talents, and is learning the Hawaiian Ni’ihau Method of gourd decoration. He also plays the guitar and loves to run. But the highlight of Dr. Thomas’ day is going home to play with his daughter. |
