About Me

"I love to see a patients confidence grow as we create a beautiful smile,” says Dr. Hawkins. He is passionate about Orthodontics and takes pride in his work and enjoys getting to know his patients during treatment. Creating a winning smile in a fun and comfortable environment is his mission. It’s an added satisfaction for him to witness the improvement of his patients’ self-esteem as their treatment progresses.
 
A southern California native, he received his B.S. in Zoology from Brigham Young University before receiving his D.D.S. from the USC School of Dentistry. After serving as a Dentist in the Army for 3 years, Dr. Hawkins returned to college to Orthodontic training at Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontists.
 
Dr. Hawkins and his wife have four children. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, motorcycle riding, cycling, car racing and surfing.
