About Me

Dr. Aldrich says, “I was first attracted to both Medicine and Dentistry. I decided Dentistry allowed me to work with my hands and interact with patients more. Dentistry offered me the chance to interact with people and change their lives in a dramatic and powerful way without them being hospitalized or immobilized.” Dr. Aldrich considers it a privilege and an honor to serve the Santa Barbara community and he appreciates how the teamwork at Gentle Dental allows him to concentrate on helping his patients develop comfortable and confident smiles as he nurtures trusting relationships with them.

After graduating with an Engineering degree from Glendale College, Dr. Aldrich received his D.D.S. from the USC School of Dentistry. He also has his M.S. and Orthodontics Certificate from USC and is a former member of its Orthodontic Faculty. Dr. Aldrich often volunteers his free time to a program that helps terminally ill patients. He also speaks German, French, Spanish and is learning Hebrew!

Away from the office, Dr. Aldrich relaxes by enjoying photography and railroading.
