About Me
Dr. Yee says “I was drawn in by the close patient interaction and positive, long term rapport that dentists can develop with their patients throughout their oral health care visits. Dentistry combines creative artistry with the fundamentals of science, both of which continue to fascinate me.
“She enjoys volunteering for oral health screenings in elementary schools and for community events like “Give Kids a Smile” Day. Dr Yee says “since I have the privilege of working with children, I derive great satisfaction in teaching and nurturing the kids from an early age about the importance of maintaining excellent oral hygiene. It is a wonderful journey to watch the young patients grow and mature with each successive dental visit. Bringing happy smiles to little faces always brightens my day.
“After graduating from UC Berkeley, Dr. Yee earned her D.D.S. from the UC San Francisco School of Dentistry. She continued her studies there and also received her M.S. in Oral Biology. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Dental Association and the Santa Clara and San Francisco Dental Societies.
Away from the office, Dr. Yee and her family like to explore an assortment of culinary adventures throughout the North and South Bay restaurants. They also enjoy visiting various parks with lots of grass and play structures–favorite haunts of her energetic pint sized Chihuahua and her two little boys.
