About Me

Dr. Im really likes to help people! As a Periodontist he sees his profession as a great combination of art and science that allows him to use his hands and knowledge to relieve patients of pain. He wants your dental visit to be a great experience–he listens carefully to his patients’ needs and fulfills them in a painless and comprehensive manner.
 
After graduating from UCLA, Dr. Im received his D.D.S. from the UC San Francisco School of Dentistry. He was also awarded his M.S. and Periodontics Certificate from the UC San Francisco School of Dentistry. He’s a Board member of the American Board of Periodontics, and an active member of the American Academy of Periodontics and the California Association of Periodontists.
 
Away from the office, Dr. Im enjoys exploring the Bay Area with his wife and children. They like to visit parks, go on hikes, and enjoy San Francisco’s great museums.
