About Me

Dentistry is in her DNA: as a child Dr. Chang enjoyed visiting her Orthodontist father’s office and learning the details of all his cases. Just as engaged today, she appreciates the opportunity to help improve her patients’ lives, and is proud of her works positive impact on their self esteem and health. She enjoys educating her families about the importance of good oral health and she nurtures a trusting relationships with them as she watches clients grow up into healthy smiles.
 
After graduating from UC Berkeley, Dr. Chang received her D.D.S. from the UC San Francisco School of Dentistry. She continued there to received her M.S. and Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association. She speaks Mandarin as well.
 
Dr. Chang says “in my free time I like to run long distance, to read novels, to hike, and to spend time with family and friends. Some of my favorite authors are John Irving, Sylvia Plath, and Ayn Rand.
