About Me

Dr. Ralston is the founding dentist of the Piedmont Hills Dental Center. His dream was to have the most respected, comprehensive private group practice in the South Bay. Over the past 30 years, the practice has grown to be one of the largest of its kind in the state, based on the premise of providing complete dental care to its patients with an emphasis on quality care. Now a part of the Gentle Dental family, Dr. Ralston serves as a Clinical Director, overseeing all clinical care provided at McCarthy Ranch office.  
 
Dr. Ralston received his D.D.S. degree from Northwestern University’s School of Dentistry, and obtained a specialty certification from L.V.I. and University of the Pacific for Reconstructive and Cosmetic Dentistry. He particularly enjoys practicing these specialties for his patients.
 
Dr. Ralston is happily married with three adult children, and five grandchildren. He enjoys participating in various recreational activities with his family, like water and snow skiing, as well as camping, and is very enthusiastic about golf.
