About Me
Dr. Christine Liaw is known for her cheerful and energetic personality, combined with an amazing patience and tenderness. She believes strongly in building a trusting relationship and creating a fun, welcoming environment for patients and parents. She will help your child take the first step towards a positive dental experience and maintaining a healthy, beautiful smile!
Dr. Liaw received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the UCLA School of Dentistry. She completed advanced specialty residency at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry, where she received her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. She is extremely experienced in handling trauma cases, dental fears, emergencies, special health care needs, and sedations, as well as general dental needs in adolescents, children, and infants.
Her dedication goes beyond performing high-quality dentistry, as she is devoted to helping parents and patients prevent tooth decay. She also serves the community by volunteering her time to Give Kids A Smile. Dr. Liaw is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Southern Alameda County Dental Society.
In her spare time, you’ll find her reading with a cup of tea, walking her dog around the park, or creating a new piece of jewelry.
